Hi, I mostly do cardio exercise during workout as my primary aim is weight loss. I wanted to know what should be a minimum time interval between meals and exercise in order to get more positive results. Is it benefitial to drink energy drinks like getorade as compared to water during workouts. Thanks I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
